How I work

Responsible AI work needs clarity and accountability.

The goal is not to create hype. The goal is to help people understand AI, govern it, and make better decisions with human stakes in view.

01

Translate, don't simplify

Complex ideas deserve rigorous explanation — not watered-down summaries. I work to make difficult concepts genuinely understandable without losing their substance.

02

Education as infrastructure

Capability-building inside organisations is as important as the tools they adopt. I focus on helping teams understand not just how to use AI, but how to govern it.

03

Stay close to the work

Good strategy comes from understanding the ground-level reality. I maintain active involvement in industry, media, and community to keep my perspective current.

04

Human stakes, always

AI decisions affect people. I keep that at the centre of every project — whether it's a governance framework, a keynote, or a YouTube episode.

05

Name the responsibility clearly

AI education without governance is incomplete. Practitioners have a duty to help organisations understand not just how to use AI, but under what conditions, with what oversight, and with whom accountable.
